OUR PROCESS
Clear
Clearing your land is essential for both residential and commercial site preparation. It is the first step in the construction of any property and land development project. It is essential to remove trees, shrubs, bushes, and other obstacles when clearing land for a house, building development, utility line, or other structure.
Maintain
Clearing your land is only the beginning. Just because you finished clearing, doesn’t mean the land has stopped growing. By applying herbicide, mowing periodically, trimming trees, and doing other land maintenance tasks, your land will not only be clear for now, it will be clear for years to come.
Encourage
Depending on what you are wanting for your land, encouraging the growth and health of new, desirable species is important. They not only will enhance the appeal of your property, but also offer a variety of benefits such as preventing soil erosion, improving air quality, providing wind and snow break, and more.
Our Services
Land clearing
Using our skid steer and forestry head, we can clear acres of land—taking trees, brush, and stumps and turning them into mulch. We can quickly and safely remove overgrown brush and unwanted trees. We will also make trails, do post logging clean-up, field edge clean-up, clearing build sites, and much more.
Tree trimming and removal
If you need to thin or prune your land, remove dead or overhanging limbs, or remove trees entirely, we are here to help! Using a man lift and other equipment, we can help get your trees and brush under control.
Stump Grinding
Using a walk behind stump grinder, we will grind and remove any stumps you have on your land. We will then remove any unwanted mulch and backfill the remaining hole with black dirt (added cost).
If you are looking to have a tree removed entirely, stump grinding can be packaged into a tree removal for a lower price.
Construction contractor
Are you preparing for a new project or job? We can clear trees and brush for construction companies on sites such as roads, bridges, water lines, sanitary lines, and site prep for new builds.
Utility contractor
We love working with electric and gas companies to maintain right of ways. Keeping electric and gas lines clear of trees and brush is not only for safety and accessibility…it’s the law. Setting up a vegetation management plan is our specialty.
Herbicide application
As part of our vegetation management program, we encourage spraying after your land is cleared. Herbicide application can be put on as spot treatment to control invasive and unwanted trees and brush.
